Dear Sisters;
We have arrived together at June, the final month of our journey. This journey began for you at Warrior or Wizard camp last summer. Look where you are now! Congratulations. In whatever way, shape or form you got here, you have arrived! Yippee!
Besides your own journey, your sponsored sister has come along way likewise. Her program won 't finish until at least October, however, she is well on her way to greater self sufficiency and self worth. I just wrote my congratulations letter to my sponsored sister in Nigeria actually. When I pause to consider our divine connection that spans miles and cultures, I am enchanted and deeply touched by the wondrous circular web we women are weaving.
By the way, have you stopped to consider how your journey is benefiting your sisters?
When I was in DC last month, I read some of the letters that sponsored sisters were writing to their sponsoring sisters. What struck me most was the pride expressed in several of the letters I read. We've heard it said, "where there is pride there is hope". So true!
Thank you, my sisters, for dancing forth with me into the unknown. These last nine months have been richer and more fulfilling knowing that you are out there, each of us a circle unto ourselves, yet more complete because of each other. I look forward to further circling together.
